Meeting and event planners love coming to PYM LIVE Events for three main reasons:
Education that's relevant, engaging and cutting-edge.
To forge meaningful relationships with vendors and each other.
Research destinations, hotels and other meeting-related services.
But don't take our word for it, watch this video and see why meeting and event planners across the country recommend you attend this event.
If you are a meeting planner responsible for site selection who has at least one upcoming meeting to place, your admission to this event is free of charge, compliments of our host, Coors Field. You can read more about the event by reading the FAQ below and looking at our agenda pages.

Do you like playing with new meeting technology?
At PYM LIVE, you'll have the chance to play with cutting-edge technology first-hand. Here's what you'll have access to before, during and after the event.
Topi is powering this event website, our registration, conference app and interactive beacons off one central dashboard.
ITM Mobile is hosting our online 1-to-1 appointment scheduling.
Exercise Bytes are short video fitness breaks that don't depend on the Internet. There's a whole new series that's been released this year. You'll get the chance to experience one onsite.
Catchbox is a throwable mic we'll use at the event for interactive Q&As.
PYM+ is an app that turns your phone into an augmented reality scanner. You can use it to unlock hidden content in issues of PYM as well as your PYM LIVE show programs.
Google Glass is a wearable computer. We use this device on-site in multiple ways to execute the event. We'll explain how on-site.
Why is the show called "Sites & Bites"?
Because this half-day format is focused on making it easy for active planners to do site-selection research and receive bite-sized education on topics in formal (educational session) and experiential (design formats, hands-on technology play) ways.
Why is there a preference given for people actively making site selection decisions?
At PYM LIVE, a large section of the show is dedicated to 1-on-1 meetings between meeting planners and sales reps from local and national hotels, convention and visitors bureaus and other industry service providers. Of course we're offering high-caliber education that others may benefit from, but because the speed meetings are a large part of the format, we want to be upfront about the business aspects of this event.
How many exhibitors will I meet during the show?
There are two segments during which you can meet people. During the speed meetings, you will meet between 9 and 12 exhibitors. If you said that you planned in-state meetings only, you'll rotate with that group of exhibitors first. If you said you planned out-of-state, you'll rotate with those exhibitors first. To learn more about making the most of this alternative trade-show format, watch this video.
If you'd like more time with certain people you meet during the rotations person or if you'd like to an exhibitors who's in the opposite set you will be rotating with, you can make 1-on-1 appointments with people you want to meet during the networking time after speed rotations are over. An invitation to create you profile will go out about two weeks before the show and will open for appointments during the 7 days prior. Before it opens, you can view who'll be exhibiting by following the "Exhibitors" link on this site or downloading the Topi app and entering the event code you receive in the confirmation email.
I wish I could attend, but I can't get out of the office for the event. Is there some way I can make appointments with your exhibitors?
Yes! Contact Claudia Madiganand let her know which exhibitors you'd like to meet. You can find a whole list on the "Exhibitors" page of this site (link's at top of page).
Can I get CMP-IS, CAP-OM or CSEP credit hours for the education?
Yes. PYM LIVE Events are ISES Approved, which means you can apply points to your application for attending. Our education is aligned to the CMP International Standards. So, where applicable, we mention which strategic domain and how many clock hours each session is worth. Select sessions have also been submitted to IAAP for CAP-OM point assignments. Certificates of attendance may be downloaded from the event app onsite; a copy also will be emailed to you post event.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you are unable to attend the event and would like to gift your ticket to another meeting planner, call Claudia Madigan at 678-837-4027.
